Tomato purée is a thick liquid made by cooking and straining tomatoes. The difference between tomato paste, tomato purée, and tomato sauce is consistency, and the thicker the consistency, the deeper the flavor.
Tomato pulp is extracted from sorted sound naturally ripened, washed fruits by Mechanical process. Screening and separation is performed to make pulp free from particles, Impurities. Subsequent processing to make Commercial sterilization to ensure safety & composition is as per international food safety and standards. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.
